Proofreading, Not a Website Rewrite
Standard website proofreading does not include copywriting, content strategy, SEO strategy, keyword research, factual verification, legal or compliance review, accessibility auditing, UX review, link testing or implementation inside your CMS unless I specifically agree to add that work.
If the content needs deeper editing for clarity, structure or persuasion, I’ll tell you before proceeding under a proofreading scope.

1. Send the live URL, staging URL or copy document, and identify the pages/content you want included.
2. Tell me your desired deadline and whether you want corrections returned in a document, page-by-page list or another agreed format.
3. I review the scope and provide a fixed project quote before work begins.
4. I proofread the agreed material and return corrections in the agreed format.

Can you rewrite awkward copy?
Proofreading is not a rewrite.
